Description

A vertical lathe with a single column, the Blansko SKSJ 1A, completely modernized, equipped with a vertical head for turning and milling operations.


The machine was completely modernized in 2025/2026 and equipped with the following new components:

  • New electrical cabinet, made with CE components (Siemens, Schrack, etc.)
  • Siemens 828 numerical control system, 100 kW main motor, 27 feed motors and ZF gearboxes with 1/5 ratio
  • New 2-axis ball screw (vertical head and transverse sled)
  • New Heidenhain 2-axis measuring rulers - Hydraulic and support installations, made with CE components (Rexroth, Brevini, Atos, etc.)
  • New lubrication plant DROPSA-Italy or similar
