TBA4 BIROTATIVE HEAD:

It is composed by two separate parts made in cast iron:

The main one is fixed to the platform and rotates jointed with it;

The spindle holder rotates around an axis inclined at 45° compared to the platform axis and can reach automatically 120 positions (1 position each 3°).

The positioning is obtained through frontal HIRTH toothing.

The spindle rotation is obtained by two couples of taper spiral gears concreted, hardened and run in as well.

Ther lubrication system is timed with a special grease.

The head is kept at a constant temperature by the circulation of the fluid (a mix of water and glycol) through the conditioning group.

This head is set for a double device for the distribution of the coolant both through and around the spindle.

With this head, the machine can be equipped with automatic tool changer.

PL15 – WORKING TABLE:

Working table in cast iron realized as per customer’s requirement and installed in front of it.

The table will be connected to the foundation plan trough anchoring devices, leveling pads, and lateral setting.

The table is equipped with T-slots for reference and the bracketing of the parts.
