Reducing mill composition:
- reducing mill: 2-section, 10 stands per section. Stand type – three-high, non-adjustable.
Ideal rolls diameter is 330 mm;
- stands clamping and expending mechanism;
- roll cartridges advancement mechanism;
- flying disc saw;
- roll-tables;
- cooling bed;
- pinion stands;
- air handling plant for the drive ventilation (two ВНДЗ12 fans with 2х90 kW motors).
The mill is not equipped with:
- heating equipment (4.8 MW induction furnace);
- work rolls cooling system (water flow 0.75 m3/hr);
- work rolls electric drives (overall power 2000 kW);
- dies boring machine of КЖ type;
- monitoring instruments.
Condition: Very good (brand new)
