NR 1 Vertical Milling Attachments, For The Automatic Coupling Of ISO 50 Rotating Tools
Vertical milling attachment for the automatic coupling of ISO50 milling tools. This attachment is placed in the tool-magazine.
Both the tool change and the head change are automatic.
Speed Reducer.
Speed Reducer and Table Indexing (“C” Axis of CNC) For Milling and Drilling Operations
The table indexing for drilling operations is got by means of a circular encoder, “HEIDENHAIN” make, that is placed in the centre of the bed. In this way we obtain the indexing on 360.000 positions.
This indexing is driven by the CNC-Numerical Control and happens through a separate servomotor and a reducer that allows also the slow and continuous speeds of the table with automatic backlash elimination for milling operations.
